Your right to cancel (14-day withdrawal)
If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving a reason.
To cancel, contact us at info@icooh.eu within the 14-day window. We will confirm your cancellation and provide return instructions.
Condition of returned items: Products must be returned unused and uninstalled, in their original packaging, with all components included (calipers, discs, pads, brackets, and any hardware supplied). Once a product has been installed, it can no longer be returned under this policy, except where the return is due to an error on our part (see below).
Return shipping: You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using the same logistics partner used for your original delivery, so you'll know the cost upfront before sending anything back.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price, including your original standard delivery charge, within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Fitment and errors on our part
Every product on this site is listed against a specific car, model, and tier. If you order a product listed for your vehicle and it does not fit a stock, unmodified version of that vehicle, that is an error on our part. In that case:

Fitment issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information
If you provide inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information about your vehicle at the time of order — including but not limited to non-stock modifications, aftermarket components, altered suspension or wheel setups, or custom spindles/hubs — and the product does not fit as a result, this is not treated as an error on our part. In that case, standard return shipping costs apply (see above), and the product must still meet the return conditions (unused, uninstalled, original packaging) to qualify for a refund.
