1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of icooh.eu ("the Website") and all purchases made through it. The Website is operated by TEMPOS AUSTEROS - CONSULTORIA, UNIPESSOAL LDA (see our Legal Notice for full company details). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
All products sold on this Website are performance braking components intended for track and off-road use only. They are not certified for use on public roads. See our Track Use Disclaimer page for full detail. By purchasing, you confirm you have read and understood this.
You may optionally provide your vehicle's VIN at checkout to help us verify fitment before shipping.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, sourcing issues, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR, inclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated based on your country of destination once you provide your delivery address at checkout; until then, an estimated price (based on the German VAT rate of 19%) may be shown as a placeholder. The final price shown at checkout, once your address is confirmed, is the amount charged.
We accept payment by card only at this time.
Your card is authorized at checkout but only charged once we confirm your order. This lets us
verify orders before capturing payment, which helps prevent fraudulent transactions and avoid the fees associated with them. If we are unable to confirm or fulfil your order, no charge will be made.
5. Delivery
Most products are sourced to order rather than held in stock. Estimated delivery is 3 to 6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the product and destination. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date, and may vary.
We ship to European Union member states on the continental European mainland. We are able to deliver to many island territories, including the Balearic Islands, on a case-by-case basis — shipping cost and delivery time for these destinations will be confirmed with you directly before your order is finalized. Some remote or outermost territories may not currently be supported; contact us at info@icooh.eu to confirm delivery to your location before ordering if you're unsure.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on most purchases, without needing to give a reason. Full detail, including the fitment-related distinction between our error and customer-provided information, is set out in our Returns & Withdrawal Policy.
Products must be returned unused and uninstalled, in original packaging, to qualify for a refund, except where the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Warranty
All products are covered by the applicable EU legal guarantee of conformity — 2 years from delivery, covering manufacturing defects and non-conformity with the product as described.
This does not cover: normal wear items (pads, discs) worn through ordinary use; damage from installation error or use by an unqualified installer; damage from use outside the stated purpose (these products are for track/off-road use only — any road use voids warranty); damage from corrosion, contamination, or lack of maintenance; or damage from accident, misuse, or post-purchase modification.
To make a claim, contact info@icooh.eu with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected part. On an approved claim, we cover return shipping for the defective item and shipping of the replacement or repair.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TEMPOS AUSTEROS - CONSULTORIA, UNIPESSOAL LDA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, including use on public roads, which is expressly excluded and prohibited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer protection law (e.g. death, personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory guarantee rights).
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside. Consumers may also access the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico and applicable alternative dispute resolution entities. See our Contact & Complaints page.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
